Just came back from Barnes and Noble. I went there to see if they had a “Midwest” Travel Guide, because they often have a “New England” or a “New South” or “Pacific Northwest.” They didn’t. And they don’t sell Rough Guide brand (which helped us through X-Can).
The closest thing?: A few versions of “Branson and the Ozarks.” (!!) I’ve seen the Ozarks, and by-passed Branson – home of Yakov Smirnoff – which the Simpsons once called "Las Vegas... if it were run by Ned Flanders".
No wonder the Red Baron keeps stating “no one goes to KC.” Then again, the Ozarks were where we found the Bait Shop/Internet Provider/Confederate Heritage Outpost in Imboden, AR. I wonder if that made the Ozark travel guides.

Also, the Soho Photo May Review may be cheaply possible.
